is sensor working correctly?

so i installed a bosch pir sensor underneath dahua cam.sensor does a red blink then a quick double blink right after.it never stops doing that.according to the manual if the sensor light is off after a while then its working fine.i have it on a wood post.green lights dont come on.i enabled alarm in dahua cam settings and alot of emails come every 10 secs or so. i have it as nc.i also tried testing without alarm wires but still same thing.the stuff i'm using to power pir and cam is linked below.so is it working or is it defective? or user error?

dahua cam's blue wire(alarm in) connected to bosch 3.nc

gray(alarm in gnd) is connected to bosch 4.c

it seems like the tp link poe switch and 12v splitter dont work with bosch sensor.i tried the 12vdc plug that came with the mini amp and that plug seems to work with bosch sensor.will do more testing.

I use the same Bosch sensor, but connected to the NVR alarm in. I nixed using the camera's alarm input, and I can't remember why! Debounce time? It was something serious, because it meant I had to pull a second cable. (one for cam, one for Bosch)

But I digress.

If you don't see the green light on Bosch, it might be a configuration thing. I set mine to use AND (ie: IR and microwave). DIP switch pos'n 4.

In operation, when I walk into view, I get green LED (PIR). A moment later, it switches to flashing green for a very short duration (PIR + microwave).
Then to Red (meaning Alarm signal sent to NVR)

If you're not getting green;
- aiming or range problem
- Check switch 4
- other?

Input V: 10v to 15V. Your 12V splitter seems adequate.
Input A: 22ma. Maybe you're not providing adequate current. Then V drops below 10V
