Is it possible to split one 4k IP Camera into multiple RTMP streams?

I am currently using four 1080p cameras to stream four different four volleyball courts (all of them next to each other). Is it possible to have one 4k camera split itself into 4 different rtmp streams? This would be broadcast through OBS onto youtube.
 
Why you want to do that? Better image quality?

Maybe there are cameras with 4 stream output through rtsp but i cant imagine that you can use the same resolution on each stream. im also thinking about that you maybe want to choose different area of the picture to stream out. or do want 4 times the same image?
 
I suspect he wants to run 4 x 1080P streams from an 4K camera to replace his current 4 x 1080P camera set up. Besides the technical issues of getting 4 streams out of the one camera, the courts would have to be set up in a 2 x 2 grid, to even think about getting the same resolution, and given you are shooting action, the poorer low light performance of the 4K camera may lead to motion blur. I'd stay with 4 x 1080P cameras.
