is it possible to setup wireless ipcam to nvr at different network?

i need some advised about ipcam and nvr

can i setup a wireless ipcam at my warehouse with its own internet network with my NVR at my home with my home internet network?

i have similar setup too. Warehouses with bunch of security cams in the desert connected via Ubnt Airlinks and one of the warehouse has the NVR. I have everything in the same subnet. Maybe the key is to have all in the same network which in my case - no issue
