Is it possible to fix?

If the cam is a Hikvision DS-2CD2032F-I, then those wires don't coincide with what's depicted here for that cam.
That being said, one diagram shows red and black like yours and has no white, grey or purple like yours...I'd use that diagram.
The other diagram shows white, grey and purple which your cam does NOT have but has NO red and black which yours DOES have...I would not use that diagram.
It's a crap shoot, so if you feel like gambling I'd suggest the diagram with the red & black wires...good luck!
I'm curious: do you know who cut the camera cable?
