IPNC DM368

Good day. About 5 years ago I purchased an unknown brand IP Camera through AliExpress. Worked fine but recently it lost PTZ functionality. Need to install firmware but it is difficult to identify. NVR identifies it as IPNC DM368. This is the Web Interface info. Can anybody identify it? On the Body there is also an Imporx label, but I'm not able to get any support from Import Website.

Toss it in the trash and move on. Firmware will not bring back a failed ptz mechanism. You got more life out of improx junk than most others.

If you need a copy of the installation CD I can get it to you. I'm having an issue with "Missing .dll". I found it and installed it. Now I get another error. So I have the software but no answer for the error. It is what it is.
