I bought 2 of the 8 mp bullets and one of the 4mp varifocals. I used SADP to activate the camera and put a password on it. Was then adding it to a hikvision nvr by using the one touch adding. The camera is activated and shows on my list but no video, I get a error message that shows it has the wrong username or password. Anybody got any ideas of what I am doing wrong?

That's odd. Would you like me to connect remotely and see what's going on? If so, shoot me a PM.
If using the web GUI, make sure you are using Internet Explorer and have downloaded the plugin when prompted.
