IPCAMERA r80x20-pql (CHINESE) NOT WORKING AFTER BAD UPGRADE

Hello, folks.
I have the r80x20-pql (Also Known as: ABQ-A8)
It was working fine, but someone tried to upgrade it, and went bad;
Now i´m only able to access it´s web interface, however i got no image or PTZ;

I tried several firmware
even contacted xiongmaitech and they send me their firmware (attached below)
however every time i try to upload the firmware it fails;

This is the model which is sold here in brazil
this is the camera, the front camera is kind of diferent, but it´s specs are these

Sounds like you go to whoever updated the firmware and tell them to pay up LOL.

The problem is it is difficult to unbrick named cameras, so an offbrand like this would have even less opportunities for folks to have one bought it and two bricked it and then unbricked it.

I´m having a hard time to unbrick it.
My only hope is that i´m still having access to it´s Web Interface.
I just can´t find the right firmware so far....

I have R80X20-PQ. And am having issues with mine also. The only firmware update that I have found is attached. But mine also fails to load the firmware.
My issue is that mine is not recording, and my PTZ camera doesn't have the track and home options under Icsee app.
It's a long shot, but Hopefully you can use this firmware update.
P.S. have you tried to factory reset the cam, if that's even possible.

Just tried your firmware and had NO luck.

The only way to unbrick a camera is through the bootloader. these cameras have an embedded version of linux. and use u-boot as bootloader. There is a tutorial on how to do this, but it's not easy. in addition to being necessary some specific tools such as soldering iron, wires and usb to ttl.

To access the bootloader you will need to unmount your camera and locate its uart.



then you will need to solder wires to connect the board to usb to ttl



you will only need three wires, as one is the ground, another is the tx and the other is the rx.
these wires will be connected to usb to ttl


then just follow the tutorial. to connect to usb to ttl you must use putty. and to upload the firmware files (files compressed in .bin) you will need tftpd

Someone can solve this problem, my camera don't recognize the SD card and I think is necessary update firmware..., someone have the contact of developers of this cam?
