IPC-T3241T-ZAS unable to focus

I just replaced a camera that I broke with an IPC-T3241T-ZAS that I had sitting around for a couple years. They were bought maybe a year or two apart but were the "same" camera, bought here from Andy. The door is probably 10 feet from the camera so this should have no problem coming into focus and yet this is the closest I can get to achieving focus. Am I missing something somewhere to adjust the range of focus? Thanks for any ideas!

Ha, many times. It just bounces around a little until it just stops on a far more unfocused value.

Can you manually adjust via - and +?

I have, and that screenshot in my original post shows as close as I can get to focus with the controls maxed at each end.

Oh dear. Sounds strange.
I'll be tempted to do a full reset of the camera to see if that resolves. Or it could be a camera that is inherently faulty.

Maybe try cycling the zoom and focus to thebmin and max a few times in case it has got stuck after sitting
