Hi all,
I have a problem with my Dahua IPC-K35AP.
It's normally connected with dahua poe switch.
But I discovered that I have a connection loss.
The green power light stay on, also tried with 12v power adapter, directly connected with laptop.
I have reset the camera, only password changed.
But the camera is a life and the the Kpbs drops to zero and after few minutes it's back again. And then after a minute or so, again connection loss.
Few seconds after connection loss the light on camera colors red.

I think it's broken

So it's not the power supply, not the poe.
And tried a lot of cables so also not a cable problem.
Cleaned the connector, but nothing.

@EMPIRETECANDY any idea? Broken?
It's mounted inside the house for 2 years, never had a problem.
The 5831 and 4mp ptz are running fine!

Bought from Andy.

Do you have an SD card in it? If so it is either full or failing and this is what happens and a simple reformat or exchanging it can bring it to life.

If not, it sounds as if you have done the other troubleshooting attempts, so it could be failing. Try leaving it unplugged for a few days and power back up. I brought one back to life that way once.

Thanks for the reply,

I already tried without the sd card, maybe because of other issues I thought the problem wasn't gone.

But an hour ago I removed the sd card and the problem is gone!

Very happy. Going to format the sd card and try again.

Hope sd card is ok, it's a samsung evo plus 128gb.
So should be a good card, but it's recording 24h, 3 years now.

How long should the sd card life??
It's not an wd purple drive... So..

SD Card is very possibly bad after that length of time.
