Due to the way video compression works, details in the image shift slightly at a regular interval; the rate depends on the "I-frame" interval of the H.264 stream. That's what I see in the video here. If you go into video configuration setup and change the I-frame interval I think you'll see that change. If you want the best possible image you have to set the highest bitrate; good resolution on all those grass blades takes a lot of bits.
I lowered the resolution to 2304 x 1296, changed the FPS - 12 , I-frame - 24 ,bitrate - 8192 seems to be better. I will play a little more.
