Out of 4 cameras IPC-HDW4231em-as I was able to get 3 to work with Lorex NVR. One will never let me initialize it and smells and feels hot when connected to poe or connected to 12v dc. Any suggestions? I have contacted Andy but no reply yet, I know it's Chinese New Year.
