IPC-HDBW4631E-ASE NO Face detection LAST FW

Hello friends !

I have a IPC-HDBW4631E-ASE installed , everything works but face dedection doesn´t work !
In connection with my NVR 4216-i the feature ist ok.
I dont see the face dedectionsymbol in the live image .My Softwareversion is see foto.
Who has some suggetion ? or the latest firmware ? Pls support me, best regards

did you ever tried the latest version from Dahua:
Dahua Technology - Leading Video Surveillance Solution Provider with CCTV Products, IP Camera, PTZ, HDCVI products, NVR, Intelligent Building, Intelligent Transportation and Software - Dahua Technology

The latest version is "DH_IPC-HX5X3X-Rhea_MultiLang_PN_Stream3_V2.800.0000015.0.R.200430.zip"

As usual you can upload it with the ToolBox / ConfigTool from Dahua.
