I have 5 dahua cams, all connected to the same POE switch and am having troubles with one cam that keeps going offline every week or so, all the other 4 (same) work well.

device type: IPC-HDBW4300E-AS
software version: 2.420.0009.0.R, build : 2015-11-06
WEB Version3.2.1.305503
ONVIF Version2.4.1
S/N 2K02EFDPAG00012

When I check the logs I see the following events:

2021-09-17 13:34:18SystemAbort
2021-09-17 13:34:18SystemStart up
2021-09-17 13:44:04SystemAbort
2021-09-17 13:44:04SystemStart up

And it then goes offline until I unplug it from the switch and replug it in, and boots back good for a week.

Any help trying to fix it would be lovely, I already reset it and switched static ip.
A newer software version could maybe solve the problem, however I cannot find firmware software anywhere on the internet.

I would confirm it isn't a power issue and try isolating just that camera off the POE switch, unless your POE switch is one that you can do diagnostics and it shows you total power consumption versus available capacity.

But many times, consumer grade POE switches cannot provide sufficient power to every port based on total watt capacity allowed.

So I wouldn't think it would be a power issue?

@HelpMe3
Do you make use of the internal SD card for recordings, maybe the SD card is broken?
Did you already try to set the camera back to factory defaults and then reconfigure it?

^+1 - yes a messed up or full SD card can cause this as well. If you have an SD card in it, reformat it and see if that fixes it. Forgot I had that happen once upon a time.

I do not have a internal sd card i think, everything is send to my nvr, I just resetted it another time, lets hope this fixes it for good.
