@EMPIRETECANDY can you check with the Dahua engineers to find out if they plan to fix the firmware for IPC-HDBW4231F-E2-M to get IVS to work for both channels? There are a lot of people using that camera that would like IVS to work. Do they have a solution for this problem or is camera too old and they don't want to work on it anymore?
