Just upgraded my whole system with 10 new cameras.

3x Color 4k-T
3 x T5842T-ZE
4 x T5442T-ZE

Everything is working as it should except one of the color 4k-t keeps shutting off and showing “network disconnect” or “failed to connect to find host” it usually comes back on in like 30 seconds or so.

Any idea what’s causing this? Is it the wire? The camera? Need to change the IP?

Btw all of these cameras are top notch the picture quality blows away my old cameras.

I wouldn't think you are exceeding the capacity of that NVR, but maybe? Once you start throwing that many 8MP cams on an NVR, it can eat up the capacity quickly. Many people need more than one NVR running too many high MP cams.

What bitrate and FPS are you running the cams?

It says I have 180mbps remaining bandwidth.

Bitrate 4096 and 2048 on the non 4k

Id try plugging that one thats giving you problems into the NVR with a known good short cable. See if it repeats. If not, likely cable.
