IP PTZ Cam Autofocus stop working

Hi. Brand new here, i have IPD-D53M02-BS series IP Camera with FW V1.04.10-171224 all working great and one day the camera not Autofocusing when it change beetwin night and day mode so now i have do to it manuely evry day the morning and night
if some one can help or he have FW for this camera
