IP camera connection problem

I am looking for a solution and cannot find - help is possible.

I bought the camera

And can't connect it to the software.
1. I downloaded the ONVIF Device Manager software
2. I found the address -rtsp: /x.x.x.x: 554 / onvif1
* The software looks really nice and everything is fine but,
I copy the address to Bule iris does not have all the settings you can move the camera and also have occasional disconnections.

I don't have an interface on her site - to work with her I need the yoosee app

I managed to connect the camera but there is another problem - every now and then I get a camera disconnect (no signal) and after a few seconds comes back
Have an idea ?
