IP-Cam PTZ without Plugins

Hi!

I'm currently using a Huisun which is quiet perfect but the fact that I have to install a plugin and use Windows is frustrating as I am using Linux on all my devices.

Is there any Huisun (e.g. http://www.aliexpress.com/item/2016..._1&btsid=90edae7b-bc6b-419f-bcbf-4c1a7292bd2f) which really have a HTML 5 interface which doesn't need any of these plugins?

I would buy another brand aswell but the price/performance ratio of the Huisun cams is great.
 
No idea on html5 built in, but as a workaround, try VLC or better still, Blue Iris (and UI2), both give my chromebook live vid sans plugins.
 
nope, html5 wont play RTSP and RTSP is the defacto standard for the IPCamera industry.. we need a stream our video recorders can save, and they cant save html5 video..

mebe in a decade things will have moved, but dont hold your breath.. people are still buying and installing analogue cameras.
