iOS Push notifications - what port(s) are needed?

My BI NVR and cameras on a locked down VLAN. What ports are needed in order for the push notifications to work?

Clarification:

VLAN does not have access to LAN, I am using pfSense Firewall. I have a rule to block all communication outside of the vlan (clients can talk to eachother on vlan).

I have rule above that rule to allow outbound traffic to 17.188.178.87 on port 2195.

I am not getting alerts, only when I allow full internet access.

Do you have your mobile device setup in Blue Iris main settings?
