iOS push notification with gif

Hi, I saw there was an update to support push notifications with gifs for iOS. I don't seem to get those. I only get a thumbnail image. Is there some setting or something I need to make sure is on to get these? I also get an email with a couple images and a short clip but it would be nice to have a little clip come in with a push too. Thanks.

blue iris options>webserver advanced. There are several threads discussing setup.
