IOS Issue with BI and OpenVPN

Just installed a pfsense firewall for a client, using openvpn. Clients apple phones connect to VPN and can ping BI server. However it wont connect in the BI app. Lan IP is in both LAN and WAN.

Setup the vpn on my android phone and I can connect without issue.

Any weird tricks I'm missing? IOS is nit my thing.

Try checking your firewall settings and make sure BI is an allowed app (per your network type). Not sure why my list has 2 different BI. When I originally allowed it there was only 1.
