iOS animated push notifications blank if camera is set for h.265

Works fine if I set the camera for h.264 or h.264h. But when the camera is set for h.265, my push notifications contain no animated image. I do have the k-lite codec pack installed. Every other aspect of using h.265 seems to be fine, including UI3 web access, and mobile app camera and event viewing. Just push notifications stop including an image - do still get the notification. If I set it to just the trigger image, that does work. Just the animated GIF doesn't attach.

Running BI 5.2.4.6 x64.

Any ideas?
