IOS and Blue Iris App argg

I'll keep it short. BI IOS app working fine on LAN. Just installed a Linksys Velop Mesh system. I did port forwarding with several different ports (81, 8081 etc) no luck. Been running BI for years so not exactly a noob but... after I port forward it shows closed on port checkers. Any info would be appreciated. I'm kind of wondering about the router maybe not forwarding. Thanks

or you computer has been given a new ip address by the router.
