Intermittent streaming of main channel

I have a Dahua IPC-HDW2231R-ZS.

When I log into the UI via Chrome I can sometimes view the main channel at 1080P. Other times, I cannot. It is being tested and there a no software or hardware changes between when it is working and when it is not.

It is being powered via Netgear GS108PP and is the only camera on the switch. There are no other powered devices on the switch, only my PC.

Any ideas?

No, I haven't run a ping test per se... I've only pinged it to wake it up for activation, initially.

I can connect, it just fails to stream on the main channel at 1080P. If I use the subchannel, which is at a lower resolution, or I drop the resolution of the main channel, it works.
