Intel GPU Exposed with Windows Server 2019

Does anyone know whether Intel Hardware Decoding works when the OS is Windows Server 2019? I do not see a GPU column in my task manager under processes so I have no way of knowing whether its actually working. Anyone have any details on this?

Does Device Manager show the GPU?

Not that I can see. I checked and nothing explicitly states GPU.

What I mean is that you need to see your GPU listed under "Display adapters". It needs to be something other than "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter".

If You see basic adapter there, You need to install the drivers for the GPU.

GPUZ, a free tool, will allow you to check your Intel GPU utilization in Windows Server versions, which lack the GPU info in Task Manager.
