Incorrect Data To OR From The Device

I have a Hikvision DS-2CD6D54FWD-IZHS running on the latest version of IVMS-4200. I've had the camera since 2019. Everything was working fine until a few days ago. The unit has 4 cameras in it and individually or all together randomly they will drop out and give the subject error. After a minute or so they will come back on. I've performed cold restarts, no change.

Sorry if you've already done this but ivms and hik connect do not show if a new firmware update is available, you need to check for yourself. Ivms said both the camera firmware and the ivm 42000 software were upto date but it wasn't when I checked the website.

Once I updated the firmware on the camera and updated vms 4200 to the latest version by going on the website it fixed my issues.
