I'm using Dahua configtool to change the ip in static...
But I have this error:


Also I see this error with onvif device manager


Coul anyone help me?

Try using DHCP Address Reservation settings in your router.

You have to enter the user name and password into both programs first.
That would be the user and password you setup in the camera.
