Image adjustment suggestions - 2mp starlights

Hi all

I've attached three images from three separate cameras. I know that the camera position is not good, a real beginner mistake to have them up too high.

I just like to get some of your advice on improving the image quality, particularly on the image showing the rose bushes to the left and a garden on the right. It appears to have some considerable artifac

Picture of the car, try turning the camera to corridor mode, and get all of that wall out of the picture.
I don't see a problem with the other pictures.
How well they can ID a face is what matters.
