I-VMS 4500 IPhone app: error code 153

Hi to all
after setting up my IP cams with a 7608 NVR it's time to view it with my IPhone using I-VMS 4500 app.
I use HikDDNS and all the ports are opened in my router
I can access the nvr via a remote pc using either Firefox or IE but there is an issue using IVMS4500 app
The screenshot looks like this:

but the username and password entered are absolutely correct.
The app is of course updated checked in the app store.

Any help?

Hi Emanuel,
I have had this same error quite a few times, and there does not seem to be a way to completely fix it.
However, I think it is due to repeated attempts to log in to your camera, so the camera locks, causing the error. So, even with a correct username/password combination, you cannot log in.

The solution I have found is just to restart your camera, or turn it off for about 20 minutes then turn it on again, if that does not work.

now I've got IVMS4500 working!
I just changed the password and it works fine

ive got the same issue since upgrading my NVR from 3.0.8 to 3.4.8, can no longer access the nvr on phone using IVMS4500, just gives error code 153, I have changed the password to the new one in the NVR any everything, no luck.
any other ideas??
