I have Xiongmai DVR. I can connect this device via telnet session. There are some files in the device that I would like to copy to my PC. How can I do that?

Most NVR's have USB port for thumb drive to transfer data to drive.

How do I transfer files via a USB port? How do I specify the USB port path, and what commands are available to use? What commands can I use to transfer?
Knowing that I tried to use some commands to specify the USB path, such as:
View USB devices
lsusb
lsblk
But they all failed
Excuse me, I have very little knowledge of Linux. Would you please help!

I don't know. I just used the NVR menu's in the software to mouse click my way around. I can't offer more help. sorry.
