I just set up a VPN, now my push notifications on mobile devices doesn't have a picture.

My first attempt at setting up a vpn. I'm using a Linksys WRT 3200 ACM router. I get push notifications but the snapshot picture is missing, just a white box. If I go back to port forwarding and turn off the vpn I get my picture. My tablet that is on the wifi has the same problem. It isn't using the vpn. If I turn off the vpn, the tablet gets the picture.

As far as the phone, it doesn't matter if I have wifi turned on in the phone or I'm using the cellular radio. I can see my internal network just fine, I can use the android app just fine. I just don't get the picture when the push notification shows up.

Blue Iris 5 updated this morning, Linksys WRT3200 ACM wifi router using the vpn that came with it. Openvpn client on phone.

What am I missing?

Unfortunately, for the rich 3D notifications to work, you need to have the ports open for BI. Check out the thread here:

ANyone having any issues gettng this to work in V5? I have this working on V4 but can't seem to make any image show up at all when pushing to an iOS device.
