I have a problem .. iris is not zooming..

Hello,

My problem is that i am trying the Blue Iris software on trial and have the latest version but do i have succeeded to enter all my (different makes) camera's.

And they all seem to work despite they where not listed under their "name".

One thing just not seem to work that id the zoom function..

Weird because in other software this works fine (digital zoom)

I have posted this problem a while ago and t'ill now a did not get a reaction on my mail..

I would sure like to know this before buying this software.

you dont have the right ptz selected in he ptz tab...
why are you keeping the camera models a secret?

digital zoom works with the scroll wheel of the mouse on any camera. the ptz zoom buttons will not do anything if you dont have pt or z cameras.

Yes it works with just scrolling.. there is one camera (foscam) thas PTZ. .. seems to be ok.

never tried scrolling.. haha
