Hi.
I have many problems with my wifi cam.
I can't connect my wifi cam with Blue Iris.
I want to know, if possible, a possible solution for this problem.

My Cam seems connect to my Router, but video feed is not possible to see.
That on my pc only.
Instead on my phone it all works good.
An exception: when the cam detect a movement video feed freeze. Why?

Sorry for my bad english.
I hope you understant.

Welcome DS22051999

Why do you think the WiFi camera can be connected to Blue Iris?

Please share:
1) what WiFi camera model you have?
2) Does it have an rtsp feed available?
3) What software are you using on your PC to view the WiFi camera?
4) What software you are using on your cell phone to see the WiFi camera?

Thanks @DS22051999

I have not been able to find information on the MXD camera, I am getting too many non camera links on my search.

Do you have a link to the camera? A pictures? a Box? Spec Sheet?

Searched so far for more info .. having a challenge to find much on so far ..

MXD WiFi camera
I-160/20 757 jbu

also tried the UPC code ..

From the image, this looks similar to the "wansview" brand in the USA

Perhaps the wansview instructions will give us an idea of what you can try...

I tried to insert rtsp on blue iris but it does not connect anyway, also I saw that by inserting rtsp on a reader that is for android it does not connect cmq, it could be some router port blocked

Try to port scan the IP camera on your LAN and see what ports are open ..

Look I saw that the doors are closed,
However, I realized that using the phone as a wifi camera with the same port it connects

So I don't think it's door issue

It is starting to appear like that camera is a cloud-based camera, in which case it probably won't work with BI. Unless I missed it, it doesn't say ONVIF compliant, which is another sign that it is probably proprietary, cloud based.

You stated in your first post "....My Cam seems connect to my Router ."

What happens when you open IE browser and try to access the cam's webGUI (if one exists) by using the cam's IP address for the URL?

When I open the browser and insert the IP address of the cam it does not enter me

Also I tried to insert rtsp on browser but it brings me back to the program that reads the rtsp
