I can not get my imou ranger 2A to connect to my phone

Hi

I have imou ranger 2A ip cam and I tried reset then I scan the QR code and then the imou life find it but once I select connect to camera and obatining ip a message display connection succefull then another message "something went wrong" ! any advise what I should do ?

connected I think I should use data internet not my wifi
