I need to replace a Sumpple 610 because after so many years it is starting to have problems. I tried searching the net and reading some of the forum posts and came to the conclusion that I need some help....

I need to replace a Sumpple 610 because after so many years it is starting to have problems. I tried searching the net and reading some of the forum posts and came to the conclusion that I need some help....
My needs:
- that also works from a browser on windows pc
- that works with third party Android apps (e.g. TinyCam)
- that can record continuously to an SD inside, deleting old files, without any kind of subscription
- that allows to review recordings made
- that allows to disable IR leds (it will film a fairly illuminated area, with the Sumpple I can see sufficiently even without the IRs, which I turn on only on demand), also to reduce power consumption
- I don't need advanced features like AI, tracking, notifications etc. ...
- with Ethernet port
- with ptz functions
- from outdoor
- I don't need a great quaility of vision or construction, I just need it to meet the demands above, if it cost little I would be happier.
What do you recommend?
