HWI-B120H-D/W(D) integrated WLAN Access Point not working

Hello folks,

I have some Hikvision cameras with such feature, if I connect an address from network 192.168.8.x is assigned but no connection to internet. I guess no gateway is assigned.

what is this feature for? only configuration or real Access Point?

the camera assigns 192.168.8.1 as gateway and 192.168.9.1 ad DNS, I don't have any DHCP or devices with these networks in my setup!
