HVMS 4200 Error 24 channel unavailable

This camera is a Hik 3132 and an issue camera since day one. I can see on SADP not in browser, When I add to camera list is shows up and detected but on IVMS4200 get error 24 channel unavailable. I installed all new cable (quality solid) can never get in on a browser either.

It works for couple minutes after I unplug it, and no matter what IP I give it nothing. All the other settings in SADP are same as my working cameras.

Crickets.... No support.... No one stepping up to help.... Hmmm, Wonder why?
