I try to view my nvr from my pc which have windows 10. I try edge, firefox, chrome.
I can view it on my iPhone with iDMSS lite app though.

Although Internet Explorer 11 is hidden in Windows 10, instead try the Palemoon browser, the x86 / 32 bit version ==>> here.
If you really want to try IE11, just start a Win 10 search for 'Internet exp' and the program name of 'Internet Explorer' will popup, right-click on it and select 'Send to' and 'desktop' where a shortcut is created.
But Palemoon is nice, quick and will work with most plug-ins made for IE.
I try internet explorer 11, it ask to install webplugin and I did but it keep asking to install it.

I'm using it on IE11 and Windows10 without any problem. Try another time to install the plugin or you could use SmartPSS 2 (download here from Dahua website).
