How to synch multiple cam playback on Dahua NVR?

I can't believe this hasn't come up before, but I couldn't find it in the search. When playing back video from the NVR my cameras are out of synch. Once I find the specific event I'm interested in how do I synch all the other cameras so I'm watching the same time instance across all cameras?

This has to be something simple and I'm just missing it.

That only seems to start playback synced. As soon as I start moving individual sliders around to find what I’m looking for, I then want to resynch the other cameras and I can’t check the box.

Ever find the answer?
 
Maybe once you find the date and time on 1 camera of interest, you can start over where the Sync box isnt greyed out and begin playback from a known time? I do that on my Nightowl 16 chan Analog DVR. But it's a different animal.
