I've got a 7608 I-series on the latest firmware and five 2355's on the latest firmware, all set to record continuously. I use line crossing and intrusion detection, not motion detection. On the NVR monitor in playback, any smart events show up as red lines in the blue playback line across the bottom. However, in the web interface, I cannot get those same markers to show up no matter what I do. I'm using I.E. with the latest web components version.
I have the "rules" box checked in the config tab, and I know how to tick the line crossing or intrusion box in the lower left hand corner once the playback video is running. Any other ideas on something I've missed on how to get these events to show up in the web view?
