How to set internal recording??

Hi,
I have a 2142fwd-is cam with 128gb sd card but i cant get it to record.
Can someone get me thru the correct settings pls.?
Card is recognised and formatted, record on continuous, time set from 00:00 to 24:00 every day, but nothing records...

What am i doing wrong??

I have found, as others have too, that these cameras can be picky about the SD card being used. Do you see the storage card showing up in the storage management tab (Advanced Configuration > Storage >Storage Management)? That will tell us if the camera is able to read your particular card.
 
Is your Record Schedule all blue and you have a check in the box above the schedule for "Enable Record Schedule"?
 
I guess as long as you have done all of the above and clicked save on both the Record Schedule and Storage Management screens, it should be working.

How are you testing to know if your device is recording or not?
