Hi everybody. I need help to reset this camera. I tried to log in to my admin account but it was not, I hope everyone only helps me, I am a newbie who doesn't know how to do it. thanks all!!!

The Puratech Global site may be of some use for info on how to reset your camera and/or NVR but it is VERY slow and the default Vietnamese does not switch to English very well when selected...maybe you will have better luck or someone on the forum here will respond to your request.
