As you guys may have seen, since mounting my LPR camera like a week or two ago, I've had three people litter near my house, each and every time I was able to get a plate and report it to the Police, and make a Don't Mess With Texas alert
Other than doing this to try get them caught and don't do it in the future, what else can I do to deter littering?
If I see them out there I confront them, but I can't sit at the window all day
Any ideas?
