After reading quite a bit here, I've came to conclusion I want IPC-HDW4231EM-ASE installed.
All my installation is on the external wall of my house.

Currently I have Gewis 2 spot box in the concrete, I guess my only option is to use PFB203W to install the camera ?

There is also a matching round junction box by dahua for that camera.
 
Its too late for the junction boz for me.
The constructor used gewiss boxes in the concrete.
Is it crucial?
 
Hopefully they used metal boxes. You'll have to diy something using a metal weatherproof cover for the box, drilling holes into it for the cable and to mount the camera to the cover plate.
