How to get wifi to back of wooded property?

I would like to get a few wifi cams set up outdoors in the back of my property. The distance is about 250-300 yards from the main house. I was thinking I could maybe use a few repeaters that are either solar powered or that use batteries. Anyone accomplished something like this?

FYI - I already have a BI setup with a bunch of wired cames for around my actual house. For this setup I would likely just throw a few wifi Eufy cams up, but I need to get a wireless signal out there first.

No or poor LOS (Line Of Sight) from the house to the farthest part of the wooded property?

I don't think solar is going to work very well in the woods unless you clear some trees to allow adequate sunlight. Lot's of unknown variables without a visual reference.
