unfortunately I upgraded my BI5 from v5.6 to 5.7 and then I started getting all the "events: subscription 8000ffff" errors in BI Log. Based on the threads I read the workaround was to uncheck "Get ONVIF trigger events" in the camera BI configure page and you will still get the IVS triggers.
I did that and stopped getting the "events: subscription 8000ffff" but I am no longer getting the IVS triggers.

Tried to see if I can roll back to BI5 v5.6 but its not an option with BI5. It only offers v5.7.6.8.
Also tried to see if i can roll back to a previous windows restore point but unfortunately it didn't allow me either.

I have 4 cameras doing the same thing. The camera streams are coming through fine just not the IVS triggers.

Camera info
ONVIF Version 21.12(V3.1.0.1291548)
System Version V3.120.0000000.2.R, Build Date: 2022-10-21
Web Version V5.01.0.1327730
Algorithm Version V2.10.20.1
Security Baseline Version V2.3

Any other suggestions or pointer to where I can get last version of BI5 v.5.6.xx?

I thought the fix was to disable Secure ONVIF Authentication within the cam GUI? That’s certainly what I had to do on my 5442 cams to get ONVIF triggers working again.

You need Get ONVIF triggers events enabled within BI else without that option it won’t get and act on external ONVIF triggers.
