I have been using my DH-SD12203T-GN for a while with no problem. Today I try to configure IVS. But I can't figure out how to enable it. When I click on Smart Plan tab, it asks "Add Plan". But there is no plan is available. This is different from all my other Dahua cameras where I can choose IVS or Face Detection. Any suggestion about how to enable Smart Plan? The Encode mode is H.265 with Smart Codec off.
