How to edit/delete user in use?

HI. i need to edit and delete users from various Dahua NVR/DVR/XVR in diferente cities, those users are in use almost all the time.

Is there any way to force edit/delete that users?

I rebooted de recorder but the users connect same time the recorder boot up.

Thanks for the reply, thats not an option. If the WAN disconnects then i lost conection. As i said, the recorders are locate in diferente cities and i dont have physical access.
