How to delete camera groups?

I have a couple of camera groups that I created a while back, which I would now like to delete. Anybody know how?

If you take each camera out of that group, then the group disappears.

Group management has changed significantly with version 5.5.x.x. Look in the help file before proceeding. Pay attention to what's said about groups in the "What's New" section as well as the group management section.

Just to speak up for the intrepid OP, this too stumped me. Took ½ hour of reading and experimenting to figure it out and I'm not sure I could do it again.
