How to change the idle time when it logs me out?

I seem to be spending more time logging in with mouse than accomplishing anything useful.

You could attach a USB keyboard to make logging in a bit easier.
I find the mouse clicks are quite erratic and it can take a while to get through the on-screen keyboard.

In the Hik NVR there are a couple of settings for logout

Configuration > General > enable/disable password

or

Configuration > general > More settings > Auto logout > (never to 30 mins )
